1. When will my order be prepared and shipped?
Most standard products are prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days after your order is confirmed.
For custom racing suits, production normally takes 7–10 business days once the design and measurements have been approved.
After shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
2. Can I design my own racing suit?
Absolutely. At STORMX GEAR we specialize in fully personalized racing gear.
You can customize:
- Your name and racing number
- Country flag
- Team or sponsor logos
- Color schemes and design style
- Exact body measurements
Before production starts, our design team will send you a digital preview (mockup) for confirmation.
⚠️ Please note: Because customized suits are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production defect.
3. Does STORMX GEAR deliver to all countries?
Yes. We proudly offer global shipping and deliver to customers around the world.
Most international deliveries arrive within 5–8 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
4. Where can I check my order status?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can use this tracking number to:
- Track your shipment on the courier’s website
- Request updates from our customer support team
If you haven’t received tracking details within the expected processing period, please reach out to us.
5. What is the return and exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused
- It must be returned in original packaging
- It must be in resellable condition
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customized or final sale items cannot be returned
After we receive and inspect the item, refunds or exchanges are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
