Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it within 24 hours. Standard items are dispatched within an estimated 3–5 business days. Embroidered suits take 5–9 business days due to the extra detailing involved. 

If you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to make it happen!

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekends and public holidays are not included, and evening hours are not counted.

We offer free worldwide shipping on every order. Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 9–11 business days

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs may vary depending on your destination and order weight. Please note that international shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance, weather conditions, global geopolitics events or carrier-related issues.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties and import taxes are not included in your order total. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes upon delivery. Customs delays are beyond our control.

Shipping Limitations

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Please provide a complete street address, including your house number and street name.
